I'm definitely going to continue reading this author. I wish that would have been played out and explored a little further.

What I did enjoy was the duplicity in the characters, where each had their own dark motives. Eh, either way, I didn't find him as the scary bad guy to be compelling reading. I guess when you look at the reality of some killers, many of them are kind of ridiculous except that they are also violent to make up for their inadequacies as humans. Also, the bad guy killer seemed rather weak and buffoonish- Other than physical size and strength, he wasn't really believable as a villain in my opinion. The plot was interesting but I didn't connect to the characters in any real way, they lacked some depth I thought.
